These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Platform by authorized Branch and Admin users.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Scope of Services
The Hantidhowr Online Cargo Management System is a comprehensive web-based solution that enables efficient cargo operations across multiple branches.
The Platform offers the following core services:
- Cargo Booking: Book cargo shipments between branches.
- Manifest Management: Create, edit, and assign cargo to manifests.
- Branch-to-Branch Operations: Send and receive cargo between registered branches.
- Invoicing & Financial Tracking: View all invoices, pending invoices, payment history, and refund details.
- Payment Recording: Manually record payment entries (no online payment processing).
- Refund Management: Initiate and track refund requests.
3. User Eligibility
This Platform is intended **only for authorized Branch staff and Admin users**. General customers are not permitted to access or use the system.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities and data entered under their account.
5. Cargo Booking and Manifests
All bookings and manifests must contain accurate information. Users are solely responsible for the correctness of cargo details. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any non-compliant booking.
6. Payments, Invoices and Refunds
The Platform is used only for recording and tracking financial entries. It does not process online payments. All actual payments and refunds are handled offline by the branches.
- Invoices: Automatically generated. Authorized users can view pending and all invoices with status and history.
- Payment Recording: Only authorized users can manually record payment entries. Accuracy of entries is the user’s responsibility.
- Refunds: Refund requests can be initiated through the Platform and are subject to approval. Processing may take up to 14 business days.
- Late Payments: May attract additional charges as per company policy.
7. User Responsibilities
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure cargo complies with transport rules.
- Not use the Platform for illegal or prohibited items.
- Maintain accurate account and transaction records.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abraar Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and software related to Hantidhowr are the property of Abraar Technology LLC.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Abraar Technology LLC is registered.
